This position sits within our Marketing division, which plans, directs, implements, and measures marketing programs for our company, people, and software products.

As a Marketing Intern, you will collaborate closely with our experienced campaign managers to drive initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, promoting new product offerings, and ultimately, fueling our growth. Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in Campaign Development: Work alongside campaign managers to brainstorm, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, etc.) aimed at achieving specific objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, or product promotion. Campaign development includes consideration of personas, business types and additional demographic and firmographic factors.
- Content Creation and Management: Contribute to content creation efforts by assisting in the development of engaging marketing collateral, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, web and landing pages. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist in managing digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, social media advertising, Google Ads campaigns, and SEO optimization efforts. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize results.
- Market Research: Partner with Product Research and Market/Competitive Intelligence team to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in lead generation, brand awareness and thought leadership to help inform marketing strategies.
- Metrics Tracking and Analysis: Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to marketing initiatives. Assist in generating reports and dashboards in Google Analytics, Hubspot and Salesforce to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI. Use insights to refine strategies and tactics.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer for life, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity and alignment on priorities.

Qualifications:
What You Bring to the Team
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong passion for marketing and eagerness to learn about the SaaS industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, working on a computer for extended periods of time. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
- This position is fully remote with only occasional travel to the office for team meetings and events. Team members are expected to have an established workspace.
- Ability to work remotely in the United States or Canada.
